I created “Willow the Wise,” the official mascot and virtual chatbot for WorkWise Compliance. I pitched the concept, led the character development, and programmed the chatbot. Willow represents the brand’s approachable expertise on labor law and compliance topics, and serves as a 24/7 educational resource for clients.
